| My email is not sending, I get an error? | |

Do you have the "My Server requires authentication" item in your Email settings ticked. (at the bottom of this window)
If you are still unsuccessful at sending emails try recreating the email account in your email software, so that the standard settings have been reset. If you still have problems, try using your ISP's mail server, usually the outgoing mail server is "mail.yourisp.com" or "smtp.yourisp.com", but you may need to visit their support site to confirm this.
