CGI-BIN can only be found with FTP access, and can be seen in the FTP root directory above httpdocs. The cgi-bin directory is visible to internet via http://www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin Note: cgi-bin is globally enabled across the server, so cgi scripts do not need to be in the cgi-bin directory to work.
